PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project was an expansion of a major terminal at Bishop International Airport. The entire project encompassed 100,000 square feet, with 65,000 square feet of new construction and 35,000 square feet addition/alteration. 

We provided preconstruction services, construction management and general contracting services. Sorensen Gross Construction Services also reviewed construction drawings prior to release and provided value engineering to the architect and owner.

The completed terminal consisted of security check stations, baggage claim stations, restrooms, café and terminal lobbies. Because Bishop is an international airport, there were complexities to the project, but the scope of our construction delivery approach was conventional.
