PROJECT OVERVIEW

Sorensen Gross Construction Services was selected as the General Contractor for the development of a 15,000 square foot library.

We dedicated a full time, on-site superintendent to the site for the duration of the project to provide leadership and managerial experience to our subcontractors. SGCS was in charge of all daily construction operations as well as Construction Management Services for the project.

Our Project Manager provided part-time services on site and worked part-time with David Milling & Associates on design-related issues. Our Project Director made monthly visits to the site and met regularly with the owner, owner's representative and architect.
