Bishop International Airport This project was an expansion of a major terminal at Bishop International Airport. The entire project encompassed 100,000 square feet, with 65,000 square feet of new construction and 35,000 square feet an addition/alteration. Read more

Grosse Pointe Public Library Sorensen Gross Construction Services was selected as the General Contractor for the development of a 15,000 square foot library. Read more

Loomis Elementary School Loomis Elementary is the first new school building in Saginaw County in over 20 years. It also is the first school to meet the new fire codes and regulations required by the State of Michigan. Read more

Water Treatment Plant City of Fenton Sorensen Gross constructed a new 4.0 million gallons per day (MGD) water treatment improvement plant for the city of Fenton. Read more

University of Michigan — Flint William S. White Professional Studies Building The William S. White Building is a spacious four-story structure and the largest building on the UM-Flint campus. The university wanted a visible, accessible, user-friendly face to the community, and this building delivers. Read more

Genesee County Courthouse This historic building required years of planning by public officials before work began. To ensure that the integrity of this National Register building would be preserved, Sorensen Gross was selected as the Construction Manager. Read more
